Where is the time for the relaxation and =
exercise we
need? If any, it is often rushed into just like everything else that =
revolves
around a job schedule.  It is like we are fully owned by our =
employers at all
times, 24/7.

When you work at home you can plan your work =
around your
life.  You can work the hours that are convenient for you and your =
family.  As
long as you get your work done and it is a priority of course, the rest =
of your
time belongs to you to do what you will.
